In small batches, through heating, and stirring 100% pure maple syrup is made into 100% pure maple sugar. That's it. No chemicals, bleaches, additives or anything else that may be found or used in other popular sweeteners. Maple sugar can be used to bring a little maple flavor to coffee, tea, ice cream or almost anything. It can be used in cooking and baking instead of white or brown sugar in a 1:1 ratio.
