What’s on the menu?

  • Brisket trimming, two ways: Restaurant-style (simple, effective, no unnecessary stress) and competition-style (because some people really like to overcomplicate things).
  • Cooking techniques: Master the pellet cooker and the offset smoker—because options are everything.
  • Taste testing: You’ll get to experience the differences between cooking methods firsthand (and let’s be honest, we know this is why you’re really here).
  • Brisket burnt ends included: Because life is too short not to eat the best part of the brisket.
