We kick things off with trimming, prep, insider strategy… and yes, Northern Fire is handling dinner, because you can’t learn BBQ on an empty stomach.
Sunday — 6:00 AM (yep, comp-life early)
Roll in for the legendary Wag’s Backwoods Biscuits & Gravy — honestly worth the price of admission alone.
Then it’s go-time. They’ll walk you through their full contest-day timeline, step-by-step, from fire-up to turn-ins.
And of course —
You’ll see, taste, and talk through World Champion BBQ.
