Want to improve your brisket game? There is no better coach than Chef Charlie Torgerson! On top of getting some great brisket advice, we will also get the chance to try Snake River Farms Wagyu beef brisket and also learn some tricks to making some killer brisket burnt ends as well. This will be a fun and casual class with a 20 seat limit.

Chef Charlie Torgerson is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He started smoking back in 1989 and opened his first BBQ joint in Fairbanks Alaska in 1991. He spent over 19 years as an integral part of Famous Dave’s as their Executive Chef/Sr. Director of Culinary. Charlie now co-owns RC’s BBQ at the Minnesota State Fair, Charlie T’s Smokehouse BBQ Trailer and Charlie T’s Foods Consulting.
